Management Team

Mr. Eric Koo obtained a bachelor from HKUST and MBA from the University of Southern California. He has got over 21 years of experience in corporate banking and corporate finance industry. He is responsible for business development for different kinds of corporate finance projects, including IPO and financial adviser.

Before joining Titan, Mr. Koo was the Associate director (Investment banking division) of Oriental Patron Asia Limited, Director of SBI E2-Capital Limited, Executive director of Kingston Corporate Finance Limited, Managing director (Investment banking division) of Guoxin Securities (HK) Capital Limited and Managing director of Fortune Financial Capital Limited. Mr. Koo assisted Sumpo Food Holdings Ltd (1089.HK) and A8 Digital Music (0800.HK) to be successfully listed on the HKEx Main board in January 2011 and June 2008, respectively. He also successfully completed 5 IPOs in Oriental Patron Asia Limited, including China Infrastructure Port (8233.HK), Hainan Meilan International Airport (0357.HK), Prosperity International Holdings (8139.HK), Jilin Huinan Changlong Bio-Pharmaceutical (8049.HK) and Mastery Group (0698.HK). Mr. Koo also participated in different kinds of corporate finance projects including fund raising of unlisted company, issue of new shares of listed company, merger & acquisition, reverse acquisition and corporate restructuring.

Mr. Fok has over 20 years of investment banking and financial advisory experience and is licensed as a Sponsor Principal and Responsible Officer by the SFC. He is a qualified lawyer in Australia and a qualified CPA in Hong Kong and Australia. Mr. Fok holds a double Bachelor degree in Law and Commerce from the University of Melbourne, Australia.

Prior to joining Titan, Mr. Fok was the Managing Director, Co-Head and Head of IPO of the Corporate Finance department of Opus Financial Group, Managing Director of Challenge Capital Management Limited, and Executive Director of the investment banking division of CCB International Capital Limited. Prior to that, Mr. Fok was with Piper Jaffray’s consumer and industrial growth investment banking team and PricewaterhouseCoopers’s transaction services department and audit and business assurance department (Technology, Info-Comms and Entertainment sectors). Mr. Fok is an independent non-executive director of D&G Technology (1301.HK).

Mr. Fok has sponsored the successful IPOs for companies over a wide range of industry sectors and of different scales on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, private placements and other corporate finance transactions.

Mr. Loke is an experienced all-rounded banker, with more than 20 years financial industry experience, having exposure in commercial and investment banking, securities and capital markets, insurance, export financing, leasing and credit guarantee companies etc.

Since 2002, Mr. Loke, based in Hong Kong, has served Asian investment banking clients in the offices of JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch, Macquarie Capital, Daiwa Capital, China Everbright Securities HK and RHB HK. He has participated in many Jumbo (greater than US$1 billion fund raising) IPO transactions, including the three largest Asian IPOs (Agricultural Bank of China, AIA Insurance and Industrial Commercial Bank of China) and has successfully advised Asian SME companies from Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore in Hong Kong public offerings. Mr. Loke has also advised clients in global mergers and acquisitions transaction worth over US$15 billion. In addition, he also works closely with respective institutional investors, private equity funds, hedge funds and family investment funds etc.

Mr. Loke holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and an MBA from Goizueta Business School, Emory University. He is fluent in Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) and English.

Mr. Alvin Tsui obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University in Canada. He possess over 10 years of experience in the corporate finance industry responsible for executing corporate finance projects, including IPO and financial advisory transactions.

Before joining Titan, Mr. Tsui has worked in Yue Xiu Capital Limited, Shang International Finance Limited, HeungKong Capital Limited, CCB International Capital Limited, BOCI Asia Limited and CIMB Securities (HK) Limited. Mr. Tsui has participated in various new listing projects for H-share and private companies, which include COFCO Packaging (0906.HK), Ausnutria Dairy Corporation Ltd. (1717.HK), Far East Global Group Limited (0830.HK), Powerwell Pacific Holdings Ltd. (8265.HK), Lee & Man Handbags Holding Ltd. (1488.HK)(Spin-off), Denox Environmental & Technology Holdings Limited (1452.HK), Jiayuan International Group Limited (2768.HK), Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. (1551.HK), Zhongyuan Bank Co., Ltd (1216.HK) and K2 F&B Holdings Limited (2108.HK). Mr. Tsui also has extensive corporate finance experience in executing compliance advisor, financial advisor and independent financial advisor transactions for many Hong Kong listed companies.

Ms. Karen Chong obtained a master of Professional Accounting and Corporate Governance from The City University of Hong Kong and was qualified as an associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute.

Ms. Chong has over 7 years of experience in corporate finance industry. Prior to joining Titan Financial Services Limited, she has worked in Yue Xiu Capital Limited, KGI Capital Asia Limited, Lego Corporate Finance Limited and Ample Capital Limited. Ms. Chong has participated in various new listing projects and has extensive corporate finance experience in executing compliance advisor, financial advisor and independent financial advisor transactions for many Hong Kong listed companies.
